Environmental, Inc. Geophysical Survey of the Delaware River - Bordentown Reach |

|
Working as a subcontractor for ENSR International, Inc., CR conducted a comprehensive geophysical survey and environmental sampling effort of the Bordentown Reach of the Delaware River. The project was conducted as a feasibility study/environmental impact assessment for a proposed power plant site on the NJ side of the river. Geophysical survey methods included: side scan sonar; bathymetry (single beam); CV magnetometer; CHIRP sub-bottom (Geostar); and acoustic Doppler current profiling. Environmental samples included vibrocores, box cores, and water column samples. Geophysical survey data and environmental sampling data were merged into a single coherent ArcView GIS Project, facilitating examination of relationships between measurement parameters.
